We are a large site with 10+ water coolers and boilers. Our previous supplier was disorganised, did not communicate well and was unsympathetic to the health, safety and security policies that our organisation works too. With our contract due to end, we decided to look for another supplier.
We found Aqualeader online and arranged for them to visit the site to see what coolers and boilers we currently use. They provided a variety of replacement options at rates more competitive than our previous supplier.
Once the units had been chosen, they worked with us to arrange installation. Due to the busy nature of our operations, it can be difficult to arrange suitable times to visit. Aqualeader were flexible enough to come in at short notice and install the units, allowing us to continue our work without noticing the removal of the old units.
The engineers visiting the site have been professional and knowledgeable, taking care to follow our safety and security policies and recognising potential issues with our plumbing connections, rectifying them at no extra cost.
Throughout the process, the Aqualeader team have been friendly, enthusiastic and supportive. I look forward to working with them moving forward.

Aqualeader have provided the Academy with 8 coolers and fountains for 8 years. Over that period we have encountered the typical type of issues associated with an educational setting namely – wear and tear, breakages, damages and such. As frustrating as these incidents can be I am always very impressed by the speedy and professional response and service aqualeader has always provided us.
A case in point being when our need evolved in certain parts of the school, meaning we had to change the type of coolers in specific areas to ensure that could facilitate the needs of all of our students. Aqualeader not only responded swiftly to our dilemma but attended the site, met with me and promptly presented me with not just options on suitable machines, but also how to fit them so that they could effectively drain waste water away whilst also prevent them from being damaged again. Since then we have had no issues and the pupils enjoy fresh, chilled purified water daily.
This is just one of many examples of how Aqualeader have provided the Academy with not just a product, as so many others could do, but a far more superior offering based on excellent customer service and experience. The changeover in Planning Services went very smoothly and there has been a positive response by staff. They recognise the savings and advantages of not paying for heavy bottles containing water that could be some months old! The hot water facility is particularly suitable for coffee making and significantly reduces the number of times a kettle is boiled.
